Can I return an item?


We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes an item needs to be returned. Please see our policy below and contact us if you have any questions.

  • You may return any item in its original condition for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • You may exchange any item in its original condition for another item or store credit within 14 days of receipt of item.
  • To return an item, you can bring it to Painted Daisies, or ship it in its original packaging to us at 679 Route 6A, Box 1125, East Sandwich MA 02537. We regret that we cannot pay return shipping costs. We recommend that you return your item using a traceable method, as we are not responsible for packgaes lost or damaged in the return process.
  • If you receive the wrong item, or if it is damaged, please contact us immediately at ptdaisies@comcast.net so that we can fix the problem.




How is my purchase going to be shipped?


We ship via the most efficient and economical method – usually USPS Priority Mail. Allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

If you would like to pick up your purchase at our store, just email us at ptdaisies@comcast.net and we will arrange for pick up and credit you if shipping charges were applied to your order.
